For communication, We use our own primary tool “DSP” along with Skype, Microsoft Teams and Zoom. These channels are used for addressing queries with team members and sharing insights for continuous work improvement. Time & Material: You have the flexibility to hire dedicated developers monthly, for 160 hours per month, this is the optimal model where the developer will work with you as an expanded team member. This ensures a collaborative partnership, allowing the developer to work closely with you. Additionally, we offer the option to hire developers on a part-time basis, providing 40 hours per month, that fit the demands of your unique project.

Fixed price: You are welcome to communicate your requirements to our team. After reviewing your requirements, our team will provide you with a complete project estimate which includes project time, cost and a roadmap.

Yes, you can collaborate with the assigned developer for your project. By doing this you can expect regular updates by your preferred communication channels and the opportunity to provide real-time progress reports throughout the development process with an effective collaborative approach.

Dotsquares provides 3 types of engagement models. Model A is where a developer (or a resource) directly gets assigned to the client and they manage them directly. However, a Point-of-contact gets assigned for project coordination/complaints/feedback.

Model B, you are being assigned an Indian (offshore) project manager, while in Model C, your point-of-contact will be a Project Manager from the Australia/UK office.

Dotsquares, as a large organization, maintains a good bench strength as we have a team of 1000+ employees. In most of the cases, we will have replacements ready to be deployed on a project to ensure the delivery of the project as per the committed timeline.

Don't worry, it's unlikely to happen. Making our clients happy is our top priority. If, for any reason, either client wants to end the agreement, they can do so by giving a written notice at least 10 days (2 weeks) in advance. After ending the agreement, Dotsquares will send an invoice for the work done up to that point and the client needs to pay it within 3 business days.

This invoice will list all the work that hasn't been paid for yet and what was done up to the termination date. When the agreement ends, all the completed work will be given to the client in a usable electronic format.

After the completion of your website development process, we will provide you with a 30-day risk-free trial period at no cost. During that time, if you find any errors or bugs in the code/program or remain unsatisfied with the work then we will fix all the errors within 30 days of time frame at no additional cost.
